Next up are homemade protein balls. Everyone in the new office seems to making these or know someone who is. So after months of telling myself I will and hoarding recipes I guess it’s time.

I'm supposed to be choosing a honeymoon destination, but we are spoiled for choice! We think we have finally settled on Ecuador…but until then have South Korea to plan.

'Sapiens' seems to be the book of the moment and I plan to steal my flatmate's copy as soon as I get the chance. In the meantime I recently (re)joined my local library, so am looking forward to browsing the shelves at leisure.
